A service for schools or home-schooled children and young people, these are informal assessments, intended either to assist the creation of a targeted intervention, or to assess the progress made since an intervention was put in place.
What's Included:
discussion (prior to assessment) of the child’s current difficulties in an area of literacy or numeracy and the type of support or interventions that have already been put in place
analysis of above information provided prior to assessment
Administration of appropriate assessment (standardised and/or informal qualitative)
Written and oral feedback to teachers with recommendations for next steps
